Unleashed infernal in the starting zone humans, teamkill!

Well there is currently a lvl 60 alliance Warlock named Aprex, unleashing his foul infernal to stagnate the alliance human leveling progress, which is very unfortunate to say the least. 

I got a classic response when I confronted him, hiding behind a tree:

 

Impossible for me or others to continue their quest.
