Account Suspended Assistance

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I'm trying to get logged in after a long while, and it is saying my account was suspended. I am able to log into the website and see the account and the characters I left, but unable to log in with the client.

I have already reset my password, and enabled 2fa, as my warmane account was compromised a while back which I used the credentials for multiple private servers and have had this issue elsewhere.

Any assistance?

Double check your realmlist.wtf to ensure it only says "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org" 

If that doesnt work try resetting your password in the control panel.

If neither works come back and we can take the next steps.

Hey there, I double checked the realms list, and did reset my password. Still says "This world of warcraft account has been closed and is no longer available for use"
