tratolak 0 Report post Posted March 12, 2019 Hello, I (my character Okheals on Nighthaven) was recently questioned by one of the GMs ingame. Apparently i was accused of using speedhacks and some other software for "perfectly facing NPCs" (whatever that is) and was let go with a notice. My issue is that i wasn't given any details of how and when this happened and thus i wasn't really able to defend myself and i am certain i didn't use any 3rd party software (unless you count addons: NotGrid, Atlas, Questie). I understand you can't disclose technical details of how are you detecting use of 3rd party software, but if i'm innocent and have been accused, I should be given opportunity to explain my behaviour especially since it might happen again and i will get banned for it. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Zancon 117 Report post Posted March 12, 2019 We have a rather aggressive anti-cheat in place and we also investigate user reports. It could have been either of these things. I don't know the details nor do I have access to any of the details but just looking at what you wrote above purely at face value you probably got reported by another user who thought you were a bot and the GM was simply following up on the report. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
