Iro 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2019 Yes on Nighthaven PVP. I had taken a break from the game due to finding out that spell power didn't benefit totems till 1.11. Now that I have returned after 1.13 Drums of War, I thought it would work now. But, testing it out with an Arcane Elixir and Hypnotic Blade yields no increase in totem damage. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
