Reset Password - Emailed Password Doesn't Work

I created a new account to post this on the forum.

I forgot the password to my old account after not logging in for a while. I have the email and user name for the old account, so I used the password recovery option to get sent a new password. The new password that I was given by the reset service doesn't work. Even copy+pasting the password from the email into the website doesn't work.

How can I fix this? I'd like to use my old account and access my new character.

When you have the opportunity, please create a ban appeal in the ban appeals forum. I understand you are not banned, but we need to escalate this to the GM team who has access to look at things like this and the ban appeal is the way were going to do that. My gut says that we would have more reports if this was something in our system, and you may have multiple user names associated with your email and may simply be using the wrong user name.

Oh also, forum accounts are always separated from game accounts, so you would have created this forum account no matter what.
