Question about accounts with TBC

Do i have to make a seperate account from my vanilla wow account to play tbc including beta ?

No, you can use an existing Elysium account. For TBC you simply need any 2.4.3 Burning Crusade client installed and to change your realmlist.wtf file to have only 1 line in it that says;

set realmlist logontbc.elysium-project.org
