katrandzhiev12 0 Report post Posted May 26, 2019 I am trying to recovery my account, as I haven`t played in a while and I forgot the password but I dont receive the "Letter with instructions to reset password is sent to E-mail" I have tried multiple time with no luck . Since we are a free service we have no way to verify you are the correct owner of the account. Double check spam to see if the email was filtered out.
