After an innactive time I lost the last letter in my main name

My main character in nightheaven has lost the last letter of his name for no apparent reason. I have tried to create a level1 character and I can use my original nick, so I could start a new character with my nickname, but I feel very lazy.
Could someone solve this? Who should I turn to?
