Can't login

Hello,

So I've been playing on this server for 2 days without a problem. But now, for no reason, I can't login. it just says " Connected  " for 10secs and then is says Disconnected From Server. And I am talking about the menu where you put your identification. But here is the twist, if I put another username than mine with a random password it does the same thing. I have closed the game, rebooted my pc, made sure 1000 times I was putting the right password and username. Also checked that the servers were online... Don't know what to do ?

Are you able to log into the website control panel? So we can narrow down if its some kind of username/password issue or a client issue?

If you are able to get into the control panel. the first few things that come to mind are;

First, double check your realmlist.wtf didn't change somehow. It should only have 1 line in it that says "set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org"

The next thing I can think of is many people who played retail get used to typing in an email as a user name, and we don't user emails. I know you said you did this, but please double check the user name again and make sure its not the email address associated with the account.

This could also be a routing issue from your PC to the server the physical location of the server is France. If you have a VPN try connecting through the VPN, if still no, try and select a VPN server endpoint in France and see what happens.

Thanks for your answer, I will check the realmlist files when I get back home. And I did not use my email adresse to log in, I have the double authenticator as well so it couldn't be a hack. I'll update as soon as I can try to fix the issue.
