Привет. Мой разбойник достиг 20 уровня. Я пошел к тренеру для тренировки навыков и заклинаний. Я выучил все заклинания и решил тестировать. 2 заклинания не было в  книге заклинаний. Первое замедляло цель на 50 процентов. Второе называлось яд. Я не запомнил их имена. Когда я поговорил с тренером, заклинаний которые можно изучить не было. Я хочу выучить их.

Hey. My rogue reached level 20. I went to the trainer to train my skills and spells. I learned all the spells and decided to test. 2 spells were not in the spell book. The first slowed the target by 50 percent. The second was called poison. I did not remember their names. When I spoke with the trainer, there were no spells to learn. I want to learn them.

Poisons are a quest line, you also need to purchase reagents to make the poison and then apply it to your weapons.

 

Horde -

Talk to the Rogue Trainer Shenthul, in Orgrimmar

He'll have you do the secret salute then give you a quest. Accept it.

Go to the Sludge Fens in the Northern Barrens, and find Fizzule

Use your flare gun, as instructed, and salute him.

He'll tell you what to do next.

Go to the tower just west of you

Pickpocket Foreman Silixiz at the base of the tower and get his key

Kill the guys you need to kill and go to the top of the tower.

Kill Gallywix (23 Elite) and open the chest. (You can pick the lock of that chest continuously if you want to work up your lockpicking skill.)

Dispell the poison affilcting you with an anti-venom (if you have one)

Go back to Shenthul and hand it in

He'll send you to Tarren Mills to finish up and get the poison dispelled.

Alliance -

Talk to Mathias, the leader of SI:7 in Stormwind. He’ll give you the quest Mathias and the Defias

Head to Westfall and go to the south east corner to talk to Agent Kearnan.

The agent is very trusting, so you don't need a special salute or anything.

You'll get the quest to enter the tower.

Pickpocket the guy at the base of the tower and head up.

Sap or kill Klaven at the top of the tower and open the chest (You'll be poisoned.) By the way, you can't continuously pick that lock. Just the one time is it.

Dispell the poison with an anti-venom and head back to Mathias. He'll give you your poison skill.

If you need to have the Touch of Zanzil dispelled he'll send you downstairs to the Doc.

Note that you don't have to kill anything to do this quest.

You edthty what on 20 level I dont have spells which are described above?

I don't understand what you are trying to say. You need to visit the people listed above to start the quest chains for those items. Then you will be allowed to have the spells in your spellbook.
