issue not received gold from exchange

hi there I made a purchase for 44 points for 5.00€  I then bought 2x 20 gold for 22 coins each on exchange i have only been sent 20gold. i have tried relogging  balance for coins is now 0 so purchases confirmed

Were you offline when you made the gold purchases? Have you logged through each of your characters and made sure you didnt accidentally send to the wrong character or wrong server?

We have never had an issue like this with the exchange and it is automated.
