Libram of Constitution quest bugged still

Have all mats and materials plus gold and am required lvl but still cannot receive or turn in quest when a GM gives me the quest. This is a chronic problem and seems to only affect my toon for whatever reason. Been waiting for assistance for a looong time now. Please help.

Have you cleared your WDB folder recently? This would be the cause of many quest issues.

Yes. Troubleshooted with several GMs and none can figure this out. Dunno what else to do, could you guys just give the the libram and take the items outta my inventory?

Also I wasn't able to file a bug report on Github because I cannot connect to Github.org/elysium-project.org/server/issues

This is an ongoing problem, I've tried everything and nothing works. Just desperate to get this solved.

I am not a GM and have no GM or in game powers of any kind. Discord / forum support is only for issues outside of the game. The only way to contact the GM team is via the in game ticket system. They may be able to do as you suggest and give a complete libram and take the crafting materials from your inventory. But the only way to communicate that suggestion is going to be to suggest it in another GM ticket. I know its frustrating, I apologize.
