Account Recovery?

Hello!

Havent played in a while and now i cant login to my account.. My Character is still there, which is called "Prey" on Nighthaven.

I dont know why it says that my login name doesnt exist or the email ive used doesnt have any account tied to it.

Would be nice to know if theres any way to get my account back

If some kind of proof is needed, I know whats in my bank, old name, etc

Make sure you are logging in with a user name and not an email address. Sometimes people have their email as the login for retail so it's natural when coming here to try that.

Since accounts are free and easy to come by many people often have multiple accounts. Make sure you are trying whatever you think you might of used.

I assume you have been just trying to log into the website control panel so far, and not the game client. It's easier to go through the steps from the control panel than the game as there are less variables. 

 

Also a note dont try a single username too many times, you will get locked out and a temp ban that lasts roughly an hour. Reset attempts or other login attempts to the account inside that hour will reset the clock, so only try a couple of times without a delay between.

I have tried both logging into the control panel and the game client and both say my username is wrong, but i 100% know that it was the one i used.

I entered the account name on password recovery, but it says it doesnt exist?!

I then tried putting in all my emails, but the only account i can find is a 2nd account with only a lvl 4 on it. It has almost the same username as the main account.

Would be really frustrating to lose my only lvl 60 like that..

The system doesnt get user names wrong. It's whatever it is when you created it. We don't change or edit any of them.

With that said if you PM me what you think the user name and email is and the character name I will do my best to help you out.

Have same problem, my character "Bacch"  exist but i cant find him on my account, can you help @Zancon  ? If some kind of proof is needed, I know whats in my bank, where ill leave him, some nicks in friend list, etc

This would only be possible if you are logging on the wrong account.

@Zancon thanks for answer, check all my emails (thanks god i have only 3) and ill find my 3rd account here 😄
