Huntini 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2019 (edited) Hello, Recently I have rage quit wow because I didn't agree with the guild's loot system. Before doing that I have deleted all the items and threw away the gold to be sure I don't come back. But here I am. I understand that items can be restored only if I have video proof that I got them. That is not the case, I didn't film anything. But I have done quests with unique rewards. I opened a ticket with a list of quest items to be restored but a GM answered on mail and told me to read the Terms of Use. OK, in the terms o use it is mentioned that items like unique quest rewards can be restored. Why didn't he proceed with the restoration of items if Terms of Use says it's possible? Thank you in advance. https://imgur.com/V9fwm42 Edited July 26, 2019 by Huntini
Zancon 117 Report post Posted July 27, 2019 You are responsible for your account, we help with very specific cases in which we know the exact quest item to restore. To if got emotional over a guild loot rule and to purposefully delete everything is way past what we restore.
