Character stuck on TBC

when i login i cant move or interact with anything I can only spin on the spot - Also all NPC's and players are named "unknown"

Auto unstuck feature does not work and i have tried downloading different client(s) and deleting WTF & WDB folders

Any idea whats going on?

I have the same problem being stuck in Uc as a ghost and i can only strafe

my hunter now can move but cant cast mount or speak etc

i thing that Aux addon i had on my files was causeing the problem.....maybe

now that i deleted it seems ok

For other users on the forums who may be having similar issues - almost all of them seem to stem from addons. Completely remove/delete all addons and delete WDB and WTF folders.

It's some unknown issue with the Guilds that are triggering your addons to crash for some unknown reason.

Fix:

1. Use /gquit

or

2. Play without addons.

It may just be questing addons such as carbonite and questie that are crashing due to the server error.

Incorrect addons, meaning those not for 2.4.3 are causing some of these issues. Solutions above work for these, ensuring correct addon versions helps.

We have also found that the guilds with more than 300 members can cause issues. Solution in the short term is to trim the guild below 300 or to quit the guild. Development team is working on it.
