Can log in to control panel but..

Hello Friends,

Me and my friend used to play here from 2016-2018. Now i have received an e-mail about the TBC invitation.

We decide to come back and play but it seems like i cant log in with my existing account ( banned i guess )

I can log in to control panel and see my characters there but in game i just cant.. 

Game version 2.4.3 , i followed up the instructions in e-mail.

Am i doing something wrong or ?

Is your realmlist.wtf file correct?

When you open the file you should only see 1 line in it that says;

set realmlist logon.elysium-project.org

Yes my Lord. I have created a new account in tbt page, and i have manage to proceed with this account.

Log into the previous account on the control panel and change your password. Some old inactive accounts were locked for security purposes a long time ago pending password change. See if that works.

Already did that, unfortunately it did not work :/ , please help me..

Please post a ban appeal. I am not a GM and this is a way to check in with them. They have the ability to unlock accounts.
