How to transfer a character

Can anyone tell me how to transfer a character over to tbc?  All of my characters got transferred except for my 60 hunter.

Sadly, it’s not possible to transfer any characters by yourself. I can’t tell why a character of yours seems to be missing, but I hope your problem will get fixed!

All transfers were completed on 8/8. 

Did you have a character on the auction?
