Can't skill engeneering

I'm stuck to 335 engeneering, since trainers/vendors don't sell/train recipe from 335 to 350 (they teaches 350 schematics).
As i reported on GitHub, Master trainer Jonathan Garrett is not even in the game (he's the guys teaching flying machine in shadowmoon village).

Can we have any update about it?

 Yes, insane recipes is missing. Im at 370 and all recipes on grey. The extractor mote quest is bugged, i farm the Khorium Scope recipe for hours and no droop (45 droop). Its impossible lv up to 375.

 Last 5 points, i need 800 Adamantite bars and 100 felsteel bars.

you need to get with a GM for the mote extractor.

I just leveled Engineering to 350 and found out i can't even make the Gnomish Battle Goggles is there a release date for these as i dont think they'll be that great by the time they are actually released....

how did you guys raised to 350? yellow schematics? doesnt it waste a lot of materials?

I'm trying to get my engineering to 375 can someone verify that the Khorium Scope schematics or Felsteel Boomstick schematics actually drop. I've been farming the Khorium Scope one for a couple hours and no drop i know its low drop which i'm willing to keep farming but i want to at least make sure they drop and i'm not wasting my time.

I already confirmed the scope doesn't drop already told you it was posted on github
