This Is Going to Be Hard after abadon cant take it once more

Hello friends!

I was doing quest

Defeat the Fam'retor Guardian and bring Lotwil's Shackles of Elemental Binding back to Lotwil Veriatus.

For Nifty Stopwatch . BUT after take that quest golem wasnt caused so i tried abadon quest for one more try -  because i cant make it without killing the golem

BUT i cant take that quest once more. plz help me i need Nifty Stopwatch
