Retrieving item from mail completely disappears

Hi, i just bought some bracers of shadow wrath from AH, went to mail right away and they were there, clicked on them in the message, the mail disappeared and the bracers disappeared. I don't have them at all.

Hi there - try disabling all addons and clearing your wdb folder.
