Mistakenly Lost my mealstrom's tendril, how to return it back and fin the quest?

Hello! I bought this character and mistakenly removed Maelstrom's Tendril's green necklace, now I need to get it for the quest with the Zandalars, when I start a conversation with the NPS, the icon is lit as done, and I don’t know how to return it, I’ve got a reputation for being friendly with the Zandalars, I have already respect please help, character Skizo. I cant to drop the quest and start it again, cuz it is not on my quest-book.

If your item does not meet the requirements for a restoration then maybe, but if its a quest item that you accidentally deleted you can get it restored

This item was awarded as a quest reward, and is subsequently needed to complete the quest chain. After completing this assignment for the first time, I accidentally threw the subject away. Is it possible to return the item or go through the chain from scratch if the item was deleted after 7 days, and there is no video confirmation to this. I did not fully understand your scheme, I have poor English, I communicate through a translator.

if it was a quest item, like if it was rewarded from a quest it can be restored, you have to make a ticket with information like: what quest you got it from etc

i dont know how to make a ticket in game and how much info i shold indicate

to open a ticket ingame you would click the small red questionmark on your UI, then click the red buttion saying ''issues a GM can help with'' then click item and insert the information of the item you want restored, including what quest you completed to get it, including quest id and what item you want restored including item id

Do you mean id, a link to the quest and the item? Wowhead fit?

in the link to said items there should be a numberic value if you copy paste that it should most like be the ID to selective quest/item
For example
https://classic.wowhead.com/item=13964
would give the ID:13964
