Problems with freshly transferred toons from Lights Hope

Hi, I've had a toon here on elysium for a few months now, and I just realized character transfers from LH were open again, so I transferred them. I have noticed a few problems, specifically with mail and friends list. I cannot add any of the transferred toons to any friends list. It doesnt do anything. I also cannot send them mail, saying that it :can't find recipient". I can add my Elysium toon to their friends list and send items to that toon, but not the other way around. Just today, I had bid on a bloodvine chest with my priest (115g, I might add). The AH allowed me to bid no problems and it was on Short time remaining when I logged. When I relogged, nothing was in my mailbox. No bloodvine chest, and no refund of the 115g. I went back to the AH to test it, and it allows me to list items and I was able to recieve an item from buyout. I've already cleared WDB several times. Is there anything that can be done? I'd like my bloodvine chest or my gold, and I definitely need to be able to send mail to the transferred toons. Thanks in advance.

Please submit an in-game ticket if you haven't already, or contact me on our public Discord server.  This will allow me to view your player info and see what is going on, it is likely there was a glitch with our char database, and your char's name duplicating.
