Character names random letters at the end ?

Hi,

Returning player here

Anyone have a clue what might have happened and how to fix?

Both my characters seem to have the second half of their names filled with random numbers and letters.

Sorry for the late reply. This was done when we merged characters from our older realms into Nighthaven to avoid duplicate character names. When you select a character and login it will prompt you for a name change before you will be able to load the game.
