Wrong characters show in Control Panel

Hello. After the merge I went to the Control Panel to see non of my characters listed. Instead 2 characters that are not mine are showing.

 

I have only one nost account, so I can't have copied the wrong account. I have seen people with issues about not being able to see their characters, but non of them have characters on their list, that they don't recognize.

 

Can anyone help?

Did you use the email delivery option for your token, and did you have multiple accounts under the same email (possible in the early days of Nost)?

I'm not sure what you mean. I got the email sent to my Yahoo account. It is possible I made a second account on the same email, though I do not regonize those two characters. I never played Nost before Nostalrius Begins.

those could very well be level one bank toons for all you know.  Does it look like name combinations you could have made?  See, to me I know they aren't mind, because I would never make names like that.

No I would not make names like that. Another fact is that when I found the user name, I looked for a Nost mail in my inbox from Marts(because I couldn't remember the user name) I found the user name in a password reset mail. I remember using the password reset for my main account. That mail told me the username, and that is the one that I used. So it's pretty solid that I used the right username for my main account when i transfered.

I know, but those are not mine. I had 2 banks already on my account with different name. I never made a new account to make banks.

Could be someone else's bankers, because they don't show on realmplayers...so they didn't level out in the world and weren't on very often.  If that's the case, I hope Devs have a way to fix this, because you appear to have company in other people with same problem.

and he's not in a guild...and he's a hunter.  Marts wasn't your toon?

If Marts was yours, had he also been in a guild?

You might want to start going through realmplayers with every toon name you had on that account.  And if you had other accounts associated with that email address, I'd take a look see if they also got reset letters from Nost.

 

I suspect it is possible to get to 60 without being spotted by realmplayers.  particularly if you solo grinded a lot, didnt make frequent trips to a major city, and didn't PUG much or raid at all.

SOLVED:

Some sweet soul on discord solved this. Apparently It would seem I rushed it when I tried to remember my username. So before I actually found the right one(from the mail) I have actually generated a token from another account of mine(which I still dont remember). I tried to generate a new token with actual username again, and it worked. I see all my characters now.

 

Short story. I transfered the wrong account. Which was confusing, cuz I didn't know I had another...
