Not only Proc Rate is bugged, but 2 things are more bugged here: 1- The Return Damage scale with Spell Damage (which should never do that) 2- The Proc does not scale with Spell Damage (which should scale with Spell Damage) /Kind regards Killerduki

can we have a log against what kind of target do you use it, what level target is , what is your level ,what buffs do you use etc ? I currently do 24 damage with flurry axe 1.5 speed and (around 34) damage with Energetic Rod. which is properly. Could be problem for 2handers maybe? Give more info please. /Kind regards Killerduki

Nhaa, Atiesh staff was originally created to randomly teleport you in any Zone around the Game. Suddenly some player got teleported by mistake inside GM Island and eat Ban within few seconds. After 1 day , they decide to hotfix and switch it to Karazhan. P.S Karazhan was created to be Vanilla Raid but since they had already Outland prepared (you could get inside thru Deadmine Portal abusing) , they decide to keep it for Outland. /Kind regards Killerduki

You completely miss my point . I said loosing 5 Weapon Skill will probably make you loose 1-2% of the DPS Endgame. Not each swing will be Glancing Blow and the "Normal Hits" which are not "Glancing Blow" can be replaced with Crits. /Kind regards Killerduki

You will not loose much at Endgame , probably 1-2% since it is only 30% of the overall swings, you can go full AP and Crit until you replace the "normal swings" into "crits" from the Table. /Kind regards Killerduki
