Nice Guide, btw if you don't mind if i share some of my leveling experience as Shadow Priest. I basically followed Raiding Spec PVE beginning from Shadow http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#bVx0sZZxGxtcxkt What i was doing even within Dungeons which result me with high dps and less likely to almost never drink On mobs swp multidot - wand in low lvl dungeons , high level dungeons i included mindblast , on boss i was using basic rotation mb-swp-flay . It was fun when i rekt 2 fire mages in SFK using that way ^ on dmg meters Solo questing i was mb-swp multidot and wand which made me regen enough mana and kill quite fast . Go full Intellect and Spirit as secondary made me nearly never oom and no breaks /Kind regards Killerduki

Hello Kevin , even without all that experience you wrote , you will get easy in some good Raiding Guild as long as you have skills as Tank Protection Warriors are always wanted in Raids,Guilds,Dungeons so it should not be any problem for you to get one As Undertanker said , use Guild Recruitement or PVE section for this , also you can use Discord which i find it more reliable to have direct interview with Guild Leaders Enjoy and welcome , have a nice day /Kind regards Killerduki

I don't know much about issues with Nostalrius but here is 1 Example : Let analyze the Video from Nostalrius Recording : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9nqjyM8vbZw Watch according to Combat Logs , slow speed used for Details and How stuffs should work . 0:04 - He Crit with Heroic Strike his Rage go down to 70 but at the same time he Crit with his offhand 700 and his Rage is 100. according to Archives , his normal melee Rage should be expended which apparently it didn't expend on Nostalrius . http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Heroic_Strike?oldid=304805 0:11 - Heroic Strike Crit and he go down to 34 Rage , his offhand swing at same time and he get 42 Rage (which shouldn't happen because of Heroic Strike). 00:11 - he waste his Rage from Bloodthirst and go down to 17 , Boss hits him for 2223 and he go up to 66 Rage 2223 Damage should result into 9.6xxxx from Rage and Damage Taken Conversion * 2.5 according to Blizzard Formula = 24 Rage. 17+24 = 41 Rage and should result less than Nostalrius which increased him up to 66 Rage (25 Rage more he got from Nostalrius compare to Blizzard) . /Kind regards Killerduki

That looks maybe okey way , as experienced Paladin Tank i recommend you always to use Max Rank, control over your Mana and don't spam spells . Max Rank = less spamming and good control over threats using "KTM" , with that you will have lot pauses from casting spells that results in nice mana regeneration from Spirit Low Rank = more spamming , less control , more headache , low threats and less mana regeneration from Spirit for Single Target pull = Judgement of the Crusader - Seal of Righteousness - 2 Times maximum Consecration (if fight is long time) - Holy Shield to prevent high hits max rank for most efficient threats - Retribution Aura - Righteous Fury - Blessing of Sanctuary = Enjoy your Coffee and Judge of Righteousness as "Taunt" . for AoE = Seal of Wisdom + Judgement of wisdom - Retribution Aura - Blessing of Sanctuary - Righteous Fury - Maximum Rank Consecration Endless Spamming - Top 1 on DPS Meter You can visit my Youtube Channel for more info and Video Tanking Dungeons https://www.youtube.com/user/killerduki as pure examples /Kind regards Killerduki

That is because Arms was more played than Fury back in times Fury is so overpowered in private servers due to beneficial bugs /Kind regards Killerduki

Your threats depend on the Holy/Spell Damage , not on White damage, Seal of the Crusade is very bad choice as Tank. SoTC is doing White Damage which is extremely low threats and probably you will loose threats very easy. Go for JoTC and SoR on 1 Target , use 1-2 Times Consecration when you pull is enough , Holy Shield if target hit hard , JoR in case someone overaggro you as "taunt" , Retribution Aura, Righteous Fury and Sanctuary will do the job. You can use "Tanking" weapon in case you tank Mobs that die last or if you already built too much threats as Guarantee that you won't loose (less likely to happen) , use Spell Damage on your main Mob target to make lot of threats. Spell Damage Enchant for Threats which is your main weakness as Paladin Tank , Crusader or Lifesteal for surviving (i personally recommend Crusader due to Block Value and some extra dmg for some amount of threats) . p.s you need to make sure you use proper Spec if you want to properly tanking high level contents or raids . /Kind regards Killerduki
