Please note that the AGI:Dodge ratio also depends on the character level; see the end of this article for more details. The following table lists these two factors for level 60 characters of each class. Class Base dodge AGI:Dodge ratio Druid -1.87% --11.93 Hunter -5.45% --20.73 Mage 3.46% ---22.69 Paladin 0.65% ---19.55 Priest 3.18% -----22.01 Rogue -0.59% ----14.08 Shaman 1.68% ----19.55 Warlock 2.04% -----20.24 Warrior 0.76% -----23.57 The Miscellanous contributions are calculated by considering three factors: Items, Talents and Race. Items with +Dodge bonuses contribute for the sum of the bonuses; any talent granting +Dodge directly contributes as well; and as for the Race contribution, it is either 1% (for Night Elves) or 0% (for every other races). Finally, the last part of the formula written above takes into account the "level" difference between the defender and the attacker, or to be more precise, the difference between the defender's Defense skill and the attacker's Attack skill, which translates into a Weapon skill for players, and level * 5 for monsters. Each point of Defense over the attacker's Attack skill adds 0.04% Dodge against players and 0.1% against mobs; on the other hand, each point of Defense below the attacker's Attack skill cuts Dodge by 0.04% against players and 0.1% against mobs. For example, a level 60 Night Elf warrior with +4% in +Dodge items, 350 Defense skill, and 150 AGI fighting a level 61 mob would have: Base dodge = 0.76%Agility contribution = (150 / 23.57) = 6.36%Items contribution = 4%Talent contribution = 0%Racial contribution = 1%Defense contribution = (350 - (61 * 5)) * 0.04 = 1.8% (A mob's weapon skill is assumed to be its level * 5)Total Dodge% = 0.76% + 6.36% + 4% + 0% + 1% + 1.8% = 13.92% Will lock this Topic /This is reported on bugtracker and waiting for fix /Kind regads Killerduki

    Attracting New Players

    Feenix had similar issues and their Ignorance fallen them for this problems. You don't have to do special Advertisements or Rewards/Transfers whatever in order to fix the problem honestly. Majority of the former people quit only because of 2 Reasons perhaps 3 : 1# Pathfinding ,2# not properly scripted Mobs/Quests/Bosses and 3# fast killing (easy raids) due to "Blizzlike" HP .. You don't have to boost or award or whatever to the people , all you need is to fix the problem Speaking about easy Raids is part but this is not biggest problem and maybe not a problem at all (considering some facts from Kronos). Main problems are Pathfinding and Quest scripts for newcomers , many of the Quests around are Take/Complete by default without some sort of Blizzlike "Action" and "Events" (Example is Missing Diplomat,The Attack and many more chain or solo Quests/Scripts). "Giving People during Leveling/Adventure Blizzlike Feelings will make them Hype and play in server" - Reason why/how Nostalrius got Hype for people. /Kind regards Killerduki

    Not all Air Elementals should be immune but many: http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Air_elemental Attacks are frequently nature-based, and are usually immune or strongly resistant to Nature magic.

    It doesn't say before or after the end of cast , it say it will bounce when activated. Valkyrie or other private server examples are invalid. This is description written by Retail back in 2005/6 . /Kind regards Killerduki

    It should reflect. Any spell that is a single target spell hitting you will bounce back to the caster. That means frostbolt, frost shock, Icy enchants, and hunter's freezing traps (for example).

    And to add one more thing regarding Reflection : http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Patch_1.11.0 Spells should not trigger their Talented Procs such as Ignite , Stun from Mage etc (for Fire Reflection) or from Frost similar behavior.

  20. Can you fix the World Chat announcements , after each server DC/Restart/Shut Down. It shows who leave and join chat. Sometime it spams very bad , often annoying people when server issue many random disconnects. I do understand that GM's comes and disable , but is there any solution without calling GM's always for that and chat saved? /Kind regards Killerduki

    Sulfuron Hammer, it can proc from Seal and Judgement of Command + It should scale from Spell Damage. p.s many will ask you to carry Nightfall but this is terrible dps weapon and Offtanks can use that instead of you.
