Ban the people that did this just like you banned Alex. You should have no tolerance for this shameful shit. It's screwing with your ISP service, and screwing everyone who plays on the server. You may want to reconsider your entire donation system because of these issues as well. You have donation straight to the ISP service, which makes it vulnerable to scams like this. You should funnel the funds through something else first, to avoid this kind of shit taking the server offline.

My guild has yet to get a binding while others (IE TEAM BLACK OUT) have more Thunderfurys than they know what to do with. This has been our biggest handicap to progression as well, because your entire raid's DPS is capped to the threat output of the MT. The most valuable weapon to swing, has yet to ever be obtainable for us.

A racial is not disabled just because you don't like it. If you cared about this bonus, you should have rolled Human to begin with. If you didn't, then obviously you did not care about it. You can't backtrack it now by asking them to pointlessly disable it. If you want to do crap like this, then you may as well delete racials entirely. I mean, why should they even exist if they're going to be disabled whenever they offer an advantage over other races? That is their entire purpose, which I guess you missed.

Nost pulled the plug on transfers, so I doubt it's ever coming back. You had a few weeks, then they took it down and never brought it back up. They instead asked Elysium to wipe everything (after giving them the core and transfers in the first place) They became a bunch of dicks wanting to yet again screw everyone over. Heh, GW 2 was just pathetic. It was infested with teleport hackers farming every node right at launch. Every vein I ever saw in the game had people teleport right time on it every few seconds, mining it, then teleporting to the next one. The economy was fucked before it was even established. People also botted out the ass, in PACKS, and they did fuck all about it. Gold was worthless and max level characters were being sold for pennies on the dollar in auctions. It usually takes a new game a year or many months to become as fucked as GW 2 was mere weeks. What did they do about it? They tried to run their own cash shop alongside all of the third parties, who you'd think they'd want to ban out of the game, for the sake of their own revenue. But Blizzard now does this as well. I guess the mentality is "can't beat em, join em". In a good economy, the things you want to sell are valuable, and the things you want to buy don't cost too much. In a fucked economy, the opposite is true. The things you want to sell are worthless, and the things you want to buy cost a fortune. Remember that.

The DDOS protection has nothing to do with legality. This is a service sold by ISPs, who don't care at all what the server is for until they're hit with a legal threat of some kind. If you pay them for it, they will give it to you, regardless of what the server is for. The real factor is money. Blizzard can easily afford the maximum service from any ISPs, and also pay dedicated professionals for their staffs. Private servers cannot.

Anathema is the one with all the room for new players now, and you won't have to wait over a year for content. Quest areas aren't overcrowded either. Racing "firsts" is for masochists. You could argue ranking might be easier on newer realms, but if their population is bigger... it's not really the case. More people=harder, regardless of what anyone's gear is.

The staff is the best choice by a landslide. The trinket is complete shit, not worthy of its vendor value, and the robe has plenty of alternatives, even more so at 60. The staff however is basically uncontested pre 60, and will last a good while at 60 before you get your AV rep up. It also means you could forgo AV for a while and focus on dungeon slots.

Did not exist in Classic. You also don't auto switch between melee and shooting.

You should have banned this prick for chargebacking you, if nothing else. It's funds the server would have put to good use, and he shouldn't be allowed to take them back after giving them to you. Furthermore, no one claiming to care about the server would try to take it back. For Warlocks on their steed quest, it negates the need for them to dump another +250g to get their dreadsteed. I already have the mats you'd be spending that on, and I'm willing to come use mine for quite a bit less than what the greedy NPC will charge you to buy your own. The chain itself will eat plenty of gold before you even get to this point, but you can at least save the last 200 or more. You must be on the last step of the chain, which requires you to go into DMW. Will you summon Helnurath for anyone else? Absolutely. You don't have to be a Warlock nor on the steed quest to fight the boss for his drops, but I've yet to ever see anyone else pay for summons without it being for someone's steed. 50g: I will to the best of my ability do a whole DMW run with you, simply adding Helnurath to the kill list, completing the quest. Most go for this because it is easy to arrange. I cannot guarantee the group will succeed, but I do not charge until we are going to start the event, which is near the end, meaning most of DMW will be done. To date, I've never had a group fail at the event, even if some wiped in the dungeon itself (usually at the ghosts). 25g: I accept this if you pre clear the dungeon, then summon me just to come for the event. This means having a group clear the place, then willing to stick around to summon me after the run is over, then running back in for Helnurath. If the group is still full at this point, 1 DPS will have to be sacrificed for my slot. Split: I charge per run, not per player. Other players could divide up the cost with you, which means you could very well bring a 2nd Warlock who also needs the quest, and split the cost in half. There's 3 DPS slots, and nothing preventing them all from being Warlocks. Many Warlocks like to double up for an additional savings. The client often says the password is invalid when the login is overloaded or simply not running. If there were a real leak, they would have done posted about it and told everyone to change passwords while the realms are done. The shutdown must be for some other reason.

BM is uncontested for leveling. It's so far over the others they shouldn't even be considered until 60. If you pump up your pet, the game becomes a joke, and you'll minimize downtime, which is the most important factor for leveling. You could even save money on ammo since your pet does most of the DPS anyway. You could buy gutter bullets, or just melee.
