Yeah, this bug would happen on old nost. Died in PvP so many times because FD->Trap didn't work; FD went off but trap didn't. I'm pretty sure most armor-reducing debuffs are physical, not magic.

Horde side PvE server has it rough. Even with 4k people online, it's still impossible to find a group for dungeons outside of BRD, UBRS or Strat UD.

It's not those peoples' fault that the nodes were badly scripted. Feenix had the same thing going on with herb/mining nodes, except it was literally every single node everywhere. I farmed Mana Thistle by using DBM timer and flying around grabbing the same 6 herb nodes every 7 minutes and 30 seconds. Was it a bug or just bad scripting? Hell if I know. There was no way to know if it was truly a bug or not, and it's not like it was some massive exploit that was causing people to get insane amounts of gold. Really, really horrible decision by Nost staff to just permaban people right off the bat over something so small.

^that too daggers are shit for rogue leveling; you can't effectively backstab mobs, and combat+swords/maces provides much better dps while solo

It really did happen back on Nostalrius. Legitimate players got banned for "industrial farming" of ooze-covered thorium nodes in Silithus. GM claimed that the ooze-covered nodes were bugged, but never explained how exactly they were bugged. Those were shitty nost GMs though. We likely have nothing to worry about on Elysium.

I'm still waiting to see a video of you spamming so many spells and "never having to rest". No (attainable) amount of int stacking will allow you to spam totems/shocks/litshield and never have to drink, because your regen is tied to spirit/mp5, not int. Stacking int will just let you go longer between drinks, because if you're spamming spells, you're not regen'ing mana.

I also noticed that Grizle in southern Felwood is not offering the quest to kill Deadwood mobs. Makes it pretty tough to get to Unfriendly with Timbermaw Hold, considering that the only way to get rep is by killing mobs that give 5 rep each.

I'm not saying you should be using spriests right now. I'm saying that "3 debuff slots" is wrong. Even with 16 debuff slots you shouldn't be using DoTs, because Warlock DoTs do way more damage than Shadow Word: Pain.

The fuck are you talking about? 3 debuff slots? What? Mind Flay does not take up a debuff slot, bosses are immune to the slow. And no, a single warlock DoT is not more damage than +15% shadow damage. Shadow isn't supposed to do great DPS, it's supposed to provide +15% shadow damage for the warlocks. So yes, you do Ret DPS, but you actually provide a very useful buff to the raid, along with shields/dispels/help with buffing.
