Since it was a bit difficult to find accurate loot information for the bosses in BRD Arena, I went and found each boss manually on the vanilla DB, and then linked their loot ingame to find the pre-1.10 tooltips. For those of you who don't know, Patch 1.10 upgraded a lot of loot in high level dungeons, mostly items in BRD. A lot of these items are really shit pre-1.10, being green and having stats comparable to random "Of the ____" greens. Here's a listing of all the loot that the six different bosses can drop. Note that some items are missing, because I haven't seen them yet ingame. Only a few of them were missing, though. Yep, the gold spammers are moving to the higher populated servers. :) Just another reason to love the PvE server. No overcrowded zones, no queues, no server lag, no ganking, no gold spamming...good times. Only thing that kinda sucks is the skewed H/A ratio...lot more alliance than horde, making it a bit tougher to find groups on horde side.

There aren't a whole lot of items that were changed multiple times. Lots of gear, like BRD gear, was only changed once. (BRD gear got upgraded in 1.10 patch)

Nah, not a spreadsheet, I'm just going to look at all the items ingame and take screenshots of their tooltips. Just going to do the BRD Arena, for now.

It would be pretty helpful. I was planning on doing it for BRD items, specifically stuff from the Arena, since the loot tables on those bosses are not clearly listed anywhere. (had to go through to each boss manually to check their loot) And because BRD loot is what received the majority of upgrades, in 1.10

You can always check items yourself by using the "ingame link" from http://db.vanillagaming.org/ Make sure you delete your WDB folder first, however.

Welcome to vanilla. You want the recipe? Go camp the vendor yourself. The re-stock timers are exact, so unless the other people are botting, it should be pretty easy to get it.

Just tried it now and it does indeed work fine. Though I have seen people claiming it is "broken".

Stoneclaw does not stun in vanilla, it just pulses a tiny amount of threat.

Stormstrike is not a yellow attack, it gives you an extra, instant white hit, and yes, it can proc windfury.

Yeah, "using skill at same time" is definitely multiboxing, using multibox software to clone keypresses to multiple windows at once.

Healing in vanilla is not very difficult. You really only need to get used to using different ranks for different healing amounts, and that's about it. Shaman is arguably harder since you have to worry about keeping totems active. But really neither are particularly hard. Priest is easier in 5mans since you have more tools, like bubble and renew and PoH, whereas Shaman just has single target heals and Chain Heal. Priest also gets you a Stam buff, which is very useful for ensuring the tank stays alive. But really, neither one is inherently "better" than the other. Play whichever one you like more.

I'm fairly certain that yes, trading gold between servers like that, counts as trading something outside the server, for something inside the server. And as such, is against the rules.

Yeah, as long as you've got your authenticator, you shouldn't have any problems.

I'm assuming that if you connect from another IP, you will be asked for the authenticator code. Most likely through the website, because the vanilla client doesn't have support for authenticators. I don't play from other IPs, so I haven't gotten a chance to test my 2FA yet.

The point is that GMs don't ban people "for no reason". If they did, they'd be off the GM team pretty fucking fast. In my 12 years of playing a plethora of different MMORPG private servers, I have never once gotten "banned for no reason". You know why? Because I don't fuck around with hacks and cheats and rule-breaking activities. You're just insisting, over and over, that you are 100% innocent and the GM is being horribly corrupt and just decided on that day that he would find a random player and suddenly ban you without question. That the GM would just decide on a whim to ban a random player. And yet you claim I'm the "retarded" one. kek

"wahh I was banned for no reason! The GM totally just banned me for no reason guys!! this server has corrupt GMs!!!" I've literally heard this hundreds of times, m8 you're not fooling anyone

So basically yeah, you're claiming that the GM is evil and banned you because he has some kind of personal vendetta against you. lol ok If I had a nickel for every "GM banned me for no reason!!!!!!" cry that I've ever seen on a forum, I'd put them all in a jar, take it to the mall, and throw them at people in the food court. No, the ban appeal forum is private because bans are private matters. Nobody is involved except you and the GM who banned you. Why should it be public?
