You are not helpful at all to any of these people. Saying they should have done better is honestly insulting. There is zero difference in a gold seller hyjacking your account and advertising or a gold seller hyjacking your account and just stealing your stuff. There should not be a ban in either of those situations with the exception of proof of gold selling/involvment (money moving between accounts/IP consistent with gold sellers). If you are sitting on an account with two level 30's and a level 50 its safe to say they probably aren't there to sell gold.

Honestly, this isn't helpful or insightful at all. At some point, Elysium has to use discretion and be responsible itself. The two factor is nice, but not nice for people who were compromised for no reason of their own and banned. This entire attitude has to change.

These are realistic expectations. It is not the fault of the players they decided to release a patch during the start which broke many things and set them back. Everyone knew for months that Kronos and other servers were going to DDos, its what they do. That stuff removed from the situation and you wouldn't have much of an issue. This is a situation of biting off more than you can chew.

I have submitted a ticket about this, but in regards to the sheer number of people posting about this issue I will post in here. I logged out Tuesday night (US Central Time) and upon logging back in on Thursday I quickly realized all my bank equipment, valuable items, and gold were gone. I went and checked the characters that house our guild bank <Globo Gym>, and all of our raiding materials, gold, and boe epics were gone. I made sure to use a different password from previous Vanilla projects and am extremely careful to avoid sketchy websites/addons. The timing for this could not be worse with AQ around the corner and trying to outfit new members. If this can be escalated or looked into I would greatly appreciate it.
