This. All I use. So simple and crisp, and I LOVE the ability to cap the previous minute or so in case something happens when not recording. Also having a program that is simple to cut the videos down helps too. If you just want something cut and dry and basic, Easy Movie Maker is excellent.

So far I've seen quite a few nice folks rolling PvE, and that's where I'll be! I'll be starting something on the fresh PvP also, but probably spend more time on PvE. Same. I haven't logged in since a couple weeks ago. (Even then it was only to play on the AH to make gold for more tokens to stockpile.) I wish I could donate, but the smallest donation is a bit much. I wonder if they wouldn't have more success by allowing people to donate 5-10 at a time, while still letting anyone who wants donate the 300 or 900 etc.. I gots bills to pay son.

Oh definitely. Many would hate Vanilla, but they also aren't happy with the current one. But I get it. it's the way the game is designed. People who don't know any better feel like they HAVE to play it because "what if it gets better and then I'm way behind?" lol They make me laugh. I specifically look for certain types of threads. The MMO-Champ forums are funny when they have a contest. All the salt from people who get mad at people making accounts just to enter the contest. They feel like they have more right to win since they've had an account longer. "YOU JUST SIGNED UP TO ENTER THE CONTEST!!!" Uh, durr?

It depends on my mood and what I'm doing. I have playlists that range from trap, to metal, to classic country when I'm feeling a bit backhomish.

Coming from someone who never played Vanilla...Realistically, the waiting list is actually preferable. You can estimate about when you will get it instead of wondering IF you ever will. And as long as the community, especially within the class, sticks together and follows the rules, then it will happen. And if someone griefs you then the others will have your back. I plan on rolling a hunter and priest, starting with hunter, and this is just another part of it. I don't mind waiting behind people as long as the list is honored. If there's one thing this Dwarf has, it's honor! /swig /burp

Likely what I'll be doing, but do plan on leveling at least one toon on each. I want to play ASAP on new realm, but I also want to enjoy that initial rush on the fresh one.

Most of the guilds I've been in have had a large female population. A couple they were actually the majority. I think the idea that men lose their minds when they find out someone is a girl is kind of ridiculous, at least from my experience. Then again, I've mostly played in adult guilds, so maybe I don't have the experience playing with a bunch of hormonal boys who wouldn't know what to do with a female if it was a blow up doll with step by step instructions.

I may have overlooked it if there was another one. But just "World of Warcraft" now includes up through WoD, so I was assuming that's what it included.

Not sure if that's terribly reliable as it seems to be for the current base game and not the actual Vanilla version. I don't think many people were running Windows 8 in 2004.

Hey Spagg, The server population as a TOTAL shouldn't affect you with low specs. If the server is overloaded, you'll be getting lag even on a beast PC. As far as your PC affects the game, you'll only be affected by what is actually on your screen. If you have issues, you can adjust certain parts of the graphics to improve performance while leaving others turned up. For example, you can turn down all textures and just leave spell effects on high enough to see them, without them being on high.

This. It would be best implemented by adding a new BC server that allows you to either start a new toon or copy (COPY, not TRANSFER) a character from the Vanilla realm over to progress through BC.
