Nope. Never bought any currency on any server of any game I have ever played. Whether it was against the ToU or not. It's just a garbage way to play.

Add to that the fact that the staff, the actual people that run and support the server, are not allowed to gain profit from the server. Yet, you decided to give money to people who, instead of supporting the server, are actively trying to ruin it. It's great that you got banned and won't do it again, but you'll be doing good to get something along the lines of tolerance, not forgiveness.

I don't think anyone has a problem with you staying necessarily. But, you chose to start this thread and expect us to all forgive you for buying gold. So I guess you'll have to deal with the rude replies. You could have just not posted anything.

And also expecting that we will all tell you that everything is ok. We forgive you. People who are actually sorry for what they have done wrong will accept forgiveness, but they don't demand, or expect it.

If they lock your threads, just make a new one. If Pottu keeps saying no, just keep asking with a slightly different phrasing. Here's the thing though. If Nost hadn't caved to the C&D letter, and deluded themselves into thinking Blizz would actually do anything with Legacy Servers, it would have been a non issue. All servers get those letters. They throw them in the garbage.

No. You are responsible for your own account, just like everyone else. They can't control the fact that your ISP is blocking emails.

They don't restore items. Your account security is your responsibility, not the GM's. Change your password. Enable 2 factor auth. Be glad your account didn't get banned.

There has yet to be one character transfered from one server to another. All the way back to the very beginning of Nost. They have given the same answer every time they are pressed for one. What makes you think they will change their minds now?
