As long as you're not dying to mechanics or pulling aggro you can get away without AddOns no problem. Now if you're constantly dying or pulling aggro and still refuse to use AddOns... That's a different story.

Bump! I'm having the same issue. Even when running the client with all AddOns disabled except for abar the swing timer does not appear. I can access the setting via the chat window and move the anchor around no problem. Anyone know how to get the swing timer to actually appear?

It's not really the best atm until we're able to gain more crit and sp from gear. Obtainable crit/sp is very low right now so you'll oom real quick and struggle with anything that can heal. I could be wrong though. I've only played Elemental in post BWL patches.

Tried this, but it doesn't show if the mob tag is yours or not. Being able to see that is very important for what I do.

Though it would be more fun if you could reflect mid-air spells. Would add some more reaction time based skill to the game.

That's how it's supposed to work... It only reflected AOE and midair spells on servers like Feenix. If you dig up retail footage you can see it does not work. I believe one of the Laintime videos shows him getting frost novas'd with frost reflector up for reference.

I always get DC'd if I block while feared. It's really annoying.

I think that's more to do with the hardware limitations in 2005. There's a reason why the server caps got bigger with each expansion instead of just creating more realms for the playerbase increase. I'm sure if blizzard could have had 4k people playing on a realm back in '05 they would've.
