    Hunter Noob need help

    Do i get it correctly? Level 60 Troll hunter with a bow (305/300) needs 9% - 1% (from +5 bow skill) - 3% (from Surefooted talent) = 5% more hit chance from equipment? (to never miss in ranged attack against 63 level mob (raid boss)).
