I have been unable to figure out how to export/import my Luna settings. I'm sure it's explained somewhere, but I cannot find it. Interestingly, there's a "Copy Settings for new Profile from *" menu item but I'm unable to figure out it's supposed to work. I am using V.2225. Thanks, in advance

This is an edit of a previous post: On Sept 1 of this year I received an email from Elysium (specifically, "Elysium Project") indicating that my characters had been merged/restored and were available to play on Nighthaven. So, I logged into the Elysium website and my account's control panel and found all four of my four characters seemingly ready to play. However, when I attempted to login to the game I received an error that the account was no longer playable. I've tried changing the password, resetting the password, etc., but no joy. As it stands, I am currently unable to login to the game. SUMMARY: I can login to the forums and into my account's control panel, but not into the game. Can someone please help me? In fairness, I would add that I have submitted my account credentials, characters, and emails to @Dosena and @Shenna but I've not received any response as of yet. Short answer: Yes (according to the instructions on the home page (elysium-project.org)), but there's some background here that might help. About a year ago, in anticipation of Nostalrius closing, I created three accounts on Elysium that mirrored my three accounts on Nostalrius. I never logged in to the Elysium accounts(as best I recall) and continued to play on Nost until it shutdown. Now, I'm an addon developer and recently decided to backport one of my addons to 1.12.1, so I decided to move my dev-environment to Elysium (in addition to playing, of course). So I returned and attempted to login under one of my three accounts. All three login attempts failed. No problem. I assumed my original accounts had been deleted because of lack of use. So, when I went to create new accounts, the creation step failed because my email addresses are still in the database. This was actually good news because I could just request a password change and login with the new password(s). Which is exactly what I did. I went through the password change process but still all attempts to login using the new credentials still failed. So, I'm sort of stuck, now. Any suggestions?

I have been unable to login using my display name (mtp1032). I've changed my password thinking maybe I had forgotten it. But, no joy. I cannot login to the game but can login to the website. Am I missing something? Thanks, in advance
