Today was once again not the day how the duke hoped it would have turned out. The duke got bombared with letters in his mailbox from the serfs asking if it was in the realm of possiblity that the duke would leave his old castle behind and rebuild his legacy at stonewatch on another realm. The duke was infuriated that people even considered the duke would leave his castle at stonewatch behind. For the duke will continue to be a martyr till the bitter end. The duke thinks very low of all those who abandon one lagacy to chace another. The duke sees a resemblance to a dog chasing it's own tail and trying to eat it. Do not bite in the hand that feeds you! Ever since the dawn of mankind laws have been bestowed upon the plebus. And not without good reason that is. Rules are there to keep society functioning as a whole and to keep the clergy in power. The laws in stonewatch keep have always been those that the duke has writtten out personally. The duke is the triumvirate of the law. He is both the composer aswell as the regulater as well as the executive of the law in stonewatch keep. It would therefor do you good to follow the law the duke has bestoyed upon his keep becouse there are no appeals at one's disposal since the duke is also the jury. Recently the duke has bequeath a new law upon the lands of stonewatch. it is now illicit to enter the duke's castle without a personal letter of permission from the duke of stonewatch himsellf. Disdaining this law will be punished by death. Also people who attempt to ress those who have been sentenced to death by the duke will receive a far steeper punishment. they will become a prime target for the duke. Also the duke would like clear up a common misunderstand that the duke is somehow related to a paladin killerduki. Today is one of the scarce days the duke can close with a smile on his cheeks. For now the duke finally has some free time at his hand. The duke does not like to mingle with the common folk who farm gear just to make a living. The duke is too noble of a man for that. So yesterday night the duke's eyes lit up as he finally received his final piece to complete the complicated puzzle. The duke could now finally leave the slave-labouring common folk and return to what the duke likes most. His castle in the hills the redridge. His glooming eyes however quickly turned sorrow as he realised his task at hand. The duke's castle is long away from any meaningful form of deceny and peace. This places a Shrouded darkness in the duke's heart. However the duke does not give up on his goal. He will spend a substanially larger part of his time at his castle in stonewatch to oversee that no uninvited guests make their way and befoul his castle. Also the duke needs to touch on another topic. he has noticed alot of common peasants simply respond to his posts with "ok". Now the duke is an empathic man and understand that it is of good manners only answer to the clergy using "no" or "ok" and are not permitted to ask on further topics to the bourgeoisie. The duke has seen many things over the last few weeks. Some great, but mostly not so great.Thats why the duke could use some time in his castle to reconsider his next actions. sadly the duke can not think quietely. Becouse every time the duke tries to weave a thought he is bothered by new guests who have not been invited by the duke himself to his keep. this gives the duke sleepless nights. Lately the duke has caught so little sleep that his mind has become a mealstrom of chaos. Thats why the duke would kindly once again like to ask you to not bother him in his keep for the next couple of sun cycles. The duke has recently been awared that our beloved friend Voroshilov has abandoned his own guild and also the duke. For this the duke can never forgive him. Voroshilov has mistreated the duke by never giving him the proper gear a man with the statue of duke should deserve. The duke would like to remind you though that an end to the red dawn does not equal and end to the generations long reign of the duke over stonewatch keep. Alliance who find themselves on the duke's premises without premission from the duke himself on short notice will be evicted swiftly. the duke reminds you this not to scare you but to remind you of his kindess. you should sent the duke a note of appreciation for his reasonable mind. The duke has once again opened his eyes and does not like what he sees. not only has his beloved castle stonewatch keep been flooding with uninvited guests, now also the duke has had to deal with more severe resistance. the patrols the duke has been receiving have been accompanied by a drastic increase in lvl 60 bodyguards. That is why the duke has chosen to take steeper action. The duke has called in the cavalary. The duke has received reinforcements from his loyal troops who have now been positioned at stonewatch keep. Part of the duke's new arsenal consist's of two fearlessly destructive shamans who go by names of Greenhill and komuch. Should they first warning about visting my castle not have been sufficient enough then the tuke will remind you. Do not visit stonewatch keep without the duke's notice and most certainly do not bring bodyguards, for the duke will crush the resistance without hesitation. after long rest, the duke has returned to stonewatch keep. When the duke arrived at his beloved keep howevar he was stifled to find his castle was no longer quiet and peaceful like it used to be but rather loud and filthy. Some allies therefore think the duke is a cruel and bitter man but the duke himself does not see this that way. the duke is simply trying to return to the peace that his beloved stonewatch keep used to hold. Allthough the duke does like to entertain his guests from time to time the numbers which have been pouring into the castle is not something the duke can withstand. That is why the duke of stonewatch has taken action. should an adventure find himself visiting stonewatch keep without permission he may find him self with an unpleasant encounter with the duke should he or she be home. please note however that the duke is not a cruel man and does not wish violence on anyone. he simple wants the preserve the beauty and nature that is stonewatch keep. So any low level adventurer heading into the redrige mountains. please refrain from entering stonewatch keep without premission of the duke. also note that the duke will not be impressed by sending reinforcements and that the duke simply will not be caught unless he wants to himself. the duke will often watch from the towers of his keep and will see you coming from a noticble distance. Also let it be known that the duke of stonewatch is a tauren druid whose name should not be mentioned but you will know the duke if you ever get to meet him personally(although surviving such an encounter is known to be rare).
