It's always maintenace with honor updates and stuff at 10 server time on wednesday so nothing unusual really. They just forgot to warn us in advance. Nothing unusual there either.

It's maintenance time. Servers are down for 1-3h. You need to follow em on discord and twitter and Reddit to be somewhat updated. They're not very good at keeping just one information channel. Not super awesome with information at all really.

Have you considered that they actually did investigate this? And not just read the reports and looked at some screenshots? They probably got the reports and said, "Oh, we got to check this out. We go hang in some bgs with these guys and see what's going on." I found it hard to believe that they mass ban based on hearsay.
