Profit still remains, with the overbuff to herbs you can make probably 40g an hour collecting 5 stacks of good herbs. Black Lotus profit remains high but that's due to it being BoP and lots of people have pure gold from AoE farms to pay high prices for Flask.

Yeah I would have to agree. The points here are very logical and make complete sense. As I mentioned previously I hope Elysium will make this against the rules for the servers sake.

I would have to agree with him though minus the harsh language, nothing is more annoying than watching your own faction help the other faction with polymorphs/teamwork. When there is a policy on killing a flightpath or world PvP when people are doing world dragons.... then there is no reason they can't action obvious abuse unless they want to cater to those doing it. Just my two cents, selective enforcement looks bad to anyone with a decent IQ.

Personally I don't see how this could affect anything, sure it's sorta pay 2 win... and needing lots of gold may lead people to toxic methods of getting that gold but I don't see how it would destroy a server, would need a more detailed explanation.

Agreed but the current changes I believe are too much, they should lower down to 200% increase over the normal instead of the current what appears to be 300% increase.

Except back then there were only a handful of good 40 man guilds, not 100 on one server and this has nothing to do with the increased pop. Out of 2,500 active in retail, maybe 5-10 decent guilds? This server can probably produce 20 if the population was down to that on a regular basis because more people are experienced with the game and come here solely for raiding. I agree the herb spawns could be toned down a little but to say prices should be skyrocketing cause they would have been in retail isn't accurate, the circumstances are different.

Hey Shino, I downloaded the client/armory etc including the most recent DPSmate from the website last night but I noticed I get an error with DPSmate Addon while using it with pfUI, where it appears over the right chat window it's now transparent and the data doesn't record correctly. I could take a picture and share it when I'm back at home if needed but I'm just wondering if your aware of this?

Same with Elysium, within a 24 hour period of time a friend and I found a total of like 27 black lotus. I think the Dev team over-buffed them :p

I've also heard there is a bug where if one of your roster members joins another guild before you create it that it will mess it up. Can't confirm this though.

1) immunity CDs 2) plate 3) static buffs 4) more faction cleanses In a pvp situation i'd rather have that than 'group' totems with a radius, mail. Only really nice thing with shamans is purge, and of course the extra burst from windfury that isn't reliable. Not saying horde can't be good, just saying alliance have it better in general and it's a big reason all the hardcore care bares roll Alliance in vanilla for both raids and PvP.

Actually since the transfer announcement we've seen one of the lowest populations on Elysium with population dropping below 4k at 3pm PST.

Get some of these basement dwellers on your faction to reroll horde and balance it out.

I must admit in 3 hours a friend and I farmed 9 black lotus, and in 10 minutes in un'goro I found a stack of Mountain Silverage, this was with only a 4500 population. We've already figured out the new lotus respawn adjustments.

I've yet to see Garr blow up an add unless he was at 50% health or the add was killed by the raid. So is it not Blizzlike then? Also can see this was later into the game due to the increased debuffs on Garr.

Do you know what proc rates are on Thunderfury for 1.12.1? I know they eventually made it 25% chance per white swing/yellow hit but think that was in TBC or just before.

Seriously the herb changes will have little effect on Flask. Black Lotus is one per zone (4 diff zones).... the only way to reduce Black Lotus profit margin is to remove the BoP, or make 2-4 spawn in each zone due to the overall population instead of just 1 with a shorter spawn time. All the herb change will do is make basic elixirs cheaper like Mongoose, those who farm Black Lotus well will still be making 75g profit a flask on Elysium for example even after change since most flask makers are smart enough to know they control prices due to 1) BoP lotus, 2) Flask recipe needed = Very few can make.
