why? brute force tries many thousands of passwords to get into an account, so temp banning after 3 or 10 does not really make a difference to it. on the other hand, ppl tend to forget or misstype their password 3 or more times very frequently, so banning them after 3 failed attemps will cause them a lot more trouble. 5+ sounds reasonable

i know youre using twitter, but if the servers are having issues, the main source for information about it are the the forums. if you take them down, a lot of ppl are left in the dark. so pls dont let this happen, the forums have to be online 24/7 for the players to communicate, regardless the gameservers are down or not. however, the communication on twitter is good.

are you refering to whisper restriction (.wr on)? afaik, if its on, it only allows friends and guild members to whisper you. if its off, everyone can. imo, there should be another mode for it, that allows all whispers but from ppl level <X. and this should be on by default

its also weird that 1 server is named after the project itself and the others have wow lore names. 2 rather unknown i also think elysium is a weird name for such a project, it shouldve been something that feels nostalgic for wow fans. you want to create a feeling that wakens interest in the "target group" asap, but elysium rather sounds like a space ship from some sci-fi movie.

we are currently experiencing a growing faction imbalance (alliance ~46%, horde ~54%) on all server but the pve server. especially on the 2 new realms. https://elysium-project.org/status horde tends to pvp more, thus its even worse than it seems for the pvp realms. this has to be addressed and fixed rather soon than later. how?
