Not with current laws and I doubt there is any rush to create those kind of laws in east Europe. They have bigger problems than IP. It basically depends on server location. It would be closed already if it was in the US. Even somewhere like France or the UK it would also be closed. Same goes for Australia and even Mexico I think.

No they didn't. They DID NOT reduce experience cost. quest elites were removed in cata(any other elite isn't exp relevant). Some mobs were given haste in TBC which made them more challenging. I'm not an idiot.

I didn't imply you were a loser, but the term 'friends' for people who game together(and only game together) seems a bit strong a word. You're acquaintances and you like them for what they bring to the game rather than what they bring to your life. I'm pretty sure if they sucked ass at everything competitive at most you would only socialise with them, not play with them.

What do you mean by TCG, trading card game? If so, wasn't that really unpopular? I guess it gave novelty items? Well why not a yearly event like "Elysium Day" or whatever the server name is and you can win those novelty items somehow, rather than repeating something that most people didn't want to take part in.

Then queue at the same time. It has nothing to do with playing with friends, there are a million things better to do with friends than play a damn computer game. Grow up. Chances are they're only your damn friends because of premades.

The TBC version of group finder was rarely used anyway from what I heard, "people prefer to know who theyre getting into groups with" was the thought process of the time.

How could you even know statistical information from a game nearly 15 years ago? I don't buy it. It may be slightly different, but theres no chance whatsoever you have the capacity to remember those things. Humans do not work that way.

If I was to do it, it would be 30-39. I made a twink in wrath which lasted until BGs gave experience, I liked the 30-39 bracket as id always recognise enemy twinks. Lower brackets at the time were more populated. I have no real intention of doing it though because atleast on retail queue times were like 2-5mins during wrath for a twink.
