Yeah this bug is annoying I have found some other quests do similar (The Blasted Lands 5 "collect-a-thon" quests are an example). Abandoning and picking it back up usually solves, but sadly with that quest "Ledger from Tanaris", you start it at Searing Gorge, so it would be quite inconvenient.

The Hinterlands quest hub in Revantusk Village didn't get put in until 1.5 for Horde. Pirate Hates Ahoy didn't get implemented until patch 1.8

@Everyone First step is to install with a fresh WoW client. The one you have now may be corrupt or have been corrupted. Delete and start with a new one.

Hello, this typically occurs if you either have a corrupted client, or a client whose version is not 1.12.1 I would recommend removing and installing with a fresh WoW client.

It does spawn, it just takes forever. Once took me 45 minutes. Just gotta keep killing centaurs, there is a very low chance each time that he will spawn as a result. Even killing centaurs in the other oasis have a chance of spawning him. This is how it was in Vanilla, so I doubt it will be changed.
