We have identified the mail issues - it's mostly caused by Nethergarde characters having the same name as Nighthaven characters. When the servers were merged, those names that already existed on Nighthaven were flagged for a name change. You must log through all of your characters and make sure they are renamed if flagged. For some users renaming all characters, exiting the game, clearing your WDB folder and also resetting all addons by clearing your WTF folder helps to restore mail accessibility. This caused all sorts of side effects with mail like the issue you describe here. We have crafted a fix and will be pushing it live in the next day or so. With all of this and your TBC comment - TBC database is already in place and Stormrage (TBC) and Nighthaven (Vanilla) are fully separated now, forever. One server doesn't effect the other and you cannot send or otherwise transfer characters, trade goods, gold etc. between the two. So if you are expecting any progress made on the Vanilla realm to transfer to TBC that isn't possible. Also that saying is fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, I can't be fooled again. π€£

Shop items are instantly delivered to you account. What most likely happened is you went into the shop and chose the wrong server and purchased the item on Nighthaven for example and you wanted it on Stormrage.

I am going to choose to believe this is a real question, and you are not trolling. I am not a lawyer and I am not giving you legal advise. You should use whatever judgement you wish and live your own life. Having a previous client version on your computer, as far as I am aware, is not illegal. I am also not aware of anyone ever getting prosecuted for it. I guess you could get a legal letter, but it would be for file sharing. If you are uncomfortable in any way you should move along. With all of that said, you can simply get a VPN and hide your internet activities behind that.

I do understand. You are not understanding that this process is not a simple 5 minute affair. This is a process that takes more time than we have right now as server stability is the top priority. Like I said, in the future it may be possible. Another part you don't seem to understand is that you bought a token that only works up to level 60 and you said you were at level 60. So even if we did go through the process for you, it will not do anything anyways.

I assume this is for Stormrage and we are aware if missing BS items and are working to fix.

There are humans - we just dont have the bandwidth to fix human error. Were all volunteers doing this in our spare time as best we can. It may be possible to fix in the future but I don't know when that will be. And if your character is level capped on Nighthaven, the token would not have done anything anyways as they only work to level 60 and are labeled as such.

Both realmlist should work. Some users were having a hard time wrapping their head around the realmlist being the same. So we created one with TBC in it to try and make it more clear but seems like the law of unintended consequences make it even more confusing.

Can you log in through all of your characters? You have renamed any that need it?

Nope, we went through and replaced them all so its probably in your mail. If it's not and you purchased it near the rollback PM me your account name, email associated with the account and the character name it was purchased for. Note this is only for the Stormrage TBC server. If you purchased it for Nighthaven that server did not experience a roll back.

Have you checked the extra chars realms when you log in? All characters are on accounts. The only way it could have an issue is if it was on the character auction. Is this a character from auction?

I don't agree with how you try and frame the conversation. Users receive exactly what they chose. We have a very small staff, if we corrected human error that is the only task that would ever get done and we wouldn't have a server. You have personal responsibility to pay attention to what you are purchasing. Right now the entire Stormrage server is 2x XP and 2x Rep for about another 12 hours.

When you enter the shop on the right side of the screen shows what server you are shopping for. You shopped on Nighthaven and purchased for Nighthaven. The servers are completely split since 8/8/19 so what happens on one server doesn't effect the other server.

The rollback was 3 hours, not 6 and we have enabled 2x XP and 2x Rep for 24 hours. This will more than make up for any lost time.

You can log into the website control panel, select shop, select edit character and then select restore character. Any character we still have in the database and able to be restored will be listed there. It costs Elysium coins to restore them though.

The server was down for a few hours today. All the latest server information is updated first on discord. link in my signature below. You mentioned you downloaded 2.4.3 and then went to Nighthaven. Nighthaven is our vanilla 1.12.1 realm. The 2.4.3 TBC realm is Stormrage.

Some mods seem to interfere with mail but I am not entirely sure which ones yet. You also have to make sure you log on all your characters and some may need name changes which is also what messes up the mail.
