You will not lose anything. Originally it was going to be singular copies and the removal was to prevent people and guilds from moving materials and gold around then copying that character, move again, copy that character and so on. Just dumping the entire DB gets us away from that risk.

Typically if you don't reach character selection it's a problem with your realmlist.wtf file not being set correctly. Have you played here before? Any changes to your client recently? If no, check out the beginners guide in my signature below and ensure all the steps have been followed.

Everything is transferred.

Nighthaven names are priority. Nethergarde versions will have name changes. If your over the character limit there will be "extra chars" realms in character selection where the additional characters will end up, just like Nighthaven.

Light's Hope people stole our database and used it to start their own project. In the execution of them doing this they attempted to sabotage our project by deleting all of our backups and made attempts at corrupting those that couldn't be deleted. This forced us to restart our project and attempt to restore from older and less complete backups. What all of this means is some progress was lost all around. Some accounts no longer exist if created between September 27th 2017 and November 1st or so 2017. This also means and levels, or gear, gold or materials gained between those times was also lost. We restored everything we could but ultimately was incomplete.

I will give the idea over to the development team. Not sure which is possible and what's not possible.

If you log into the control panel, click vote at the top and then click each vote link you get 1 coin for each link. Its 3 free coins every 24 hours. You would have your 1 coin plus 2 additional coins for clicking a few times. You only have to let the vote links load to earn the credit.

What's bs? That we give you free coins that more than make up for it?

All accounts and everything on all accounts with 1 exception of people who have been naughty in the past. Those accounts will have gold limits placed on them for how much they can transfer.

You are responsible for your account, we help with very specific cases in which we know the exact quest item to restore. To if got emotional over a guild loot rule and to purposefully delete everything is way past what we restore.

You have to find the sales in the listing and cancel them from there. You may have to check back several times over the course of a couple of days to find them. The gold auction moves quickly, especially when you post that many if them. There are probably 50 other threads here on this as well.

When we launch you will not have to. We have decided to copy the entire database over.

Unfotunately, we do not get involved in loot disputes. You must be careful at all times in groups not only with whom you choose to group with but your own actions as well.

TBC isn't live yet - you are on the beta server that is instant 60. There's no copies just yet.

We are going to copy all accounts to TBC no matter the server so no worries there. The XP tokens are /played time. Just note the tokens will not be enabled in TBC for a little bit after launch. Once the leveling firsts have all been taken we will enable them again.

Mostly likely you are playing on Nethergarde and the server selection default on the shop is Nighthaven. Change the server to Nethergarde and then try again. This is my best guess, if I am wrong let me know and we can try again.
