Can you ping the login server by opening a terminal / command window? ping logon.elysium-project.org See if your connection even reaches us. Also at the top of our homepage you can download a realmlist.wtf file. Replace the one you edited with that one.

Try clearing your WDB and trying again - if no then something strange has happened and please open a GM ticket for assistance.

Gifting does not exist - to move characters from one account to another account you must sell it through our shop.

Fishing pools were added in patch 1.9 - if you are on Nethergarde they do not exist yet. Nethergarde is on patch 1.6. If you are on Nighthaven you should exit the game and delete your WDB folder and then reload and relog into the game.

Have you abandoned the quest entirely and started over?

The database and server will be wiped, and then a new transfer will happen. Any progress or gold you make will be wiped from the beta.

I don't understand what the TBC beta has to do with anything? We dumped the entire Nighthaven Database to it - its not like we did transfers.

In Vanilla you cannot change faction, nor can you change from a Shaman to a Paladin or a Paladin to a Shaman. In TBC it may be allowed in the future but not at launch.

We don't ever touch peoples gold unless you got caught buying gold from a gold seller - you would have spent it in some way. If you are worried about your account being compromised please change your password and if you don't have two factor authentication enabled, please consider it. If you were compromised its likely you would have zero gold and all characters would be naked. The TBC copy happened earlier in the week so you would of had more than 4 days or so to spend gold after the copy, creating the discrepancy.

In the character selection screen goto change realm in the upper right hand corner. In the box that pops up change over to the tab that says "Test Server" and select "PTR#2".

Sometimes when other users flood the gold market it can be difficult to locate your auctions. Unfortunately you just have to keep checking back from time to time.

Exit the game, clear your WDB folder and log back in. When you very first talent something on any class this is good practice to ensure it works.

Sometimes you will give an account a time out for about an hour for trying to login too many times. Try again now that time is passed, be very careful when you type it and see if your account was locked, but has now been unlocked.

This entire project is ran for free by a few of us volunteers in our spare time. You will never get instant support. If you logged into your account and checked all 3 of the "Nighthaven" labeled servers, then you have a second or maybe even third account. All characters were merged into Nighthaven and onto all accounts. So if you cant find them, you are simply logged into the wrong account.

If they create a tool to do so we will accept transfers from any other reputable server project.

Yes, both servers can copy to TBC. You will still retain the original on Vanilla as well.
