Our TBC Stresstest is scheduled for Sunday 7/14/2019. The results of the stress test will give us a better idea when launch will happen. All reported bugs have been dealt with. If you find more bugs make sure you report them immediately so we can fix them.

Log into the user control panel on the main website and we do have a shop. While we dont offer a boost of your own character to 60, you can purchase characters from other users that are up on our character auction house.

The libram one I have recently been made aware if from another user. It was fixed via GM ticket in game. Just make sure all materials are in your bags for it and a GM can complete the quest and leave the libram in your bags. The other issue is a new one I have not seen before. Have you tried clearing your WDB folder?

Have you been able to feel your way around and try the hardware cursor option in the game settings menu?

The display is something hard coded by blizzard and is a standard message we cant do anything about. Unfortunately you will have to stay patient for a GM to service this request. It may also get fixed automatically by the server restart later today after the honor calculation.

Faction changes takes about 30 seconds if you follow all of the directions. Once you create the level 1 and submit the faction change through the website you should be completely out of the game. You should clear your WDB folder by simply navigating to your WoW folder and then deleting the folder named WDB. After that, simply log back into WoW and log into the character that was changed. It will still appear the same in the character selection screen until you log into it the first time.

The account details are up to users to keep and know their account info. Since were a free service we have no way to properly verify you are even the account owner. Second, you stated you are not the account owner you are the sibling of the account owner. This would fall under our terms of service as "account sharing" which is not allowed. With that said, if you figure out the account info I doubt it would raise much of a red flag as I imagine the account hasn't been active in some time. Lastly, there isnt a way to move characters from account to account without going through the sales process in our character auction. I would really take your time to go through all email accounts you can remember searching for "elysium" to find the account information. Let me know what you find and I may be able to think of a few more tricks and tips to get you going again.

Log into the website, goto shop, then edit character and finally to restore character. See if anything is there. Also while in the control panel goto find character and search character names. See if the characters exist on Nighthaven. All the merged characters are there. If in the restore list then the account was compromised and someone deleted the characters. If nothing in the restore list, but names exist and seem like the correct character, than you are logged into the wrong account.

What's "before the switch"?

We used to do PVP tournaments in the Gurubashi arena but they were poorly attended. The ones that did attend seemed to really enjoy it however. I guess maybe more marketing may help to resurrect the event.

It costs Elysium Coins to restore a character. To restore the character, log into the website control panel goto the shop link, click edit character then click restore character and locate the character on the list.

We are not likely to modify this rule in our Terms of Use.

No because the Blizzard Classic game isn't really vanilla. It's a completely new game. Were accurate to the original experience of retail vanilla.

Loot and corpses despawn in a set amount of time. Suggest getting a res at the kill or a summons if you have a warlock in your group once back inside if you are having difficulty running back in time.

Try to exit the game, delete your WDB folder, reload the game, disable all addons at the character selection screen, load in the game do the /script LeaveParty() again and also right click your portrait and make sure you are not in a group showing there. See if that works.
