Yes. But on the vanilla server you will lose any crafting materials and gold. I suggest giving some gold to a character you do not intend to copy. That way you still have some gold on the vanilla realm. But how you handle the copies is up to you.

Are you horde? It's possible a night elf hunter was in shadow meld or another race of hunter was extra sneaky and just controlling the pet.

We limit chat function on our servers to players level 15 and above. Do you meet this requirement?

That is very strange, but glad it's working.

Did you recently do anything with addons? Add one, update one, major configuration changes etc? Sometimes trying to load addon info can cause this. If you already know one you messed with recently remove that one. If no, try moving the entire folder out and see if that changes things.

I am just not at all familiar with the MAC eco system. I went to youtube and typed "wow mac private server" and got a ton of video results. Apologies but I think the best bet may be watching a video.

Starting from the beginning and bear with me, I don't have a MAC and no experience with one. You downloaded the MAC version of the client. It should come packed in some way like a .ZIP that I assume you extracted / installed those files to a location. From there you navigate to the extracted folder and there isnt a wow.exe ?

Have you gone through each step of the beginners guide? Pay close attention to the realmlist.wtf section and make sure you have your set right. If you are positive everything is correct and still not working try resetting your password, waiting a few minutes and then logging in the game.

To the OP, the gold exchange moves quickly and it's common to not see your auctions from time to time. You have to keep checking back and go between pages where it would be based on gold amount and final sale price. To the person directly above me, you have to be out of the game when purchasing from the shop. It cant credit you when you are online.

First use the website to reset your password. If it doesnt work after than then do a ban appeal.

If your quest log full? This quest was rescripted recently and this is the very first report we have received of it not working.

There are several "Nighthaven" and extra chars realms. Make sure you go through each one of them looking for your character. Nethergarde is our fresh server, so it wouldn't be there. If it doesn't show up, you may have a couple accounts and are simply logged into the wrong one. This happens quite a bit when players come back.

Blizzard isn't managing the beta in the same way they would a release. I also take issue with saying blizzard is the most likely place to not ban you for playing the game. You were not banned, you were given a fair warning. I am sorry you are upset about the warning - I am sure we simply wanted to give you a a heads up the behavior isn't welcome and to give you the opportunity to change it. So do whatever you wish, if you want to play here, great, I hope you have a good experience. If not, that's fine as well - it's your time, do as you want with it. Just remember that everyone here providing this server is doing so as a volunteer because we look fondly back at the game as it once was and are real humans. Were not a large faceless mega corporation with near unlimited resources.

I don't know the full situation, but there have been many reports of players jumping on ledges out of the normal field of play. I don't understand the poke at us because that other game is releasing, their GM's would have already banned your account. They don't send polite messages or warnings to people, they just ban you.
