You can copy, not transfer from Nighthaven or Nethergarde. Transfer insinuates losing availability on the vanilla realm of origin. You will not lose the ability to play your characters on the vanilla realms. Instead this is a 1 time copy of your character and all gold, gear and crafting material on that character. When you copy, the vanilla version will lose the gold and crafting materials but gear will remain.

Right, but did you sync it per my instructions above? It could be a time difference between your app and timezone and the server timezone. This fixes that issue.

Also note, we have to be careful here after too many login attempts its going to ban you for an hour. So don't spam this or anything trying to get in.

I believe your realmlist is good because its asking for your PIN. Let's try to sync your authenticator by opening the app, then going to the hamburger menu in the upper right that looks like 3 dots, then settings and click on Time correction for codes, the Sync now. Wait about 1 minute and then try again.

You are logging into the wrong account. Both of those characters still exist. I edited out your original post, people hack accounts when you post information like that in public.

Does logging into the website control panel work from you? Trying to narrow this down to see if its an authentication issue or a game client issue.

The loot tables on the beta realm are incomplete. I thought we put a vendor that had cloth and ore in Org and Stormwind though. I could be wrong and I am not on a computer that can check right now.

It should all be the same ports as Blizzard. They recommend opening TCP/UDP 3724, 1119, 6012

I have completed this quest multiple times on our realms, the quest works. Now if something happened to your quest items toncause it not to work try abandoning the quest and picking it up again.

This is your authenticator. Open your Google authenticator app and type the number it gives you.

Theres not a "fix" because it's not broken. The authenticators are working.

The test server doesnt always have players on it.

Are you logging in with a 2.4.3 TBC client? Our Beta realm has been up for some time. We have not launched TBC yet. You cannot reach the TBC beta with the vanilla 1.12.1 client.
