He probably jumped right in on the transfers. For many it was kind of luck because it wasn't open long. So if you didn't have to log on around that time you sort of lost out. Which is very unfortunate.

There are no server issues we are aware of, the realmlist seems correct. It could be a connection issue where theres a router down between you and the server. Can you try a VPN and see what results you get?

See if you can search your characters in our armory; https://cp.elysium-project.org/armory You will have to create an account to see it. Some popular character names were taken before the merge happened, so search parts of your name and see if you see a character with a bunch of numbers after it and see if those look like your character. For example I would search for Zanco instead of Zancon. The armory will tell you if your characters are even in our database. If you didn't manually transfer them from Nost then we will not have them. The transfers were only open for a limited time, so if you are unable to find the emails with the transfer keys it's unlikely they were saved and were lost with Nost.

Did you only reset the 1 time? If so maybe reset again, but then wait an hour and see if that works. I think resetting so soon has caused an issue I have not seen before.

Are you attempting to log into the game or just the control panel? Both? Have you ever been able to log into the website or the game client? Double check the confirmation email that you didn't accidentally type a user name with an extra letter or something in error. If able to log into the website control panel, but not the game, double check your realmlist.wtf file is pointed to our server correctly. Similarly, if unable to get into the game make sure you have followed all steps in the beginners guide in my signature below.

You have to manually choose your characters individually. No level requirements.

Since this is your second report like this can you do me a favor and clear your WDB? To do this all you have to do is close the game, navigate to your wow install directory, and locate the folder named WDB and delete it. Then launch the game again and it will download a fresh WDB from our server. I am thinking you are coming across some of these issues because your local database is different than the servers.

It's a vanity mount. It says "Level 1 Speed 0%" when you purchase it. Its usable by any level character.

You have to consider this games age. Those resolutions did not exist in 2004. Navigate to your wow folder and goto WTF folder and open Config.wtf with a simple text editor like Notepad. Then find the line for resolution and change the value to what you like. You are looking for the line that looks like; SET gxResolution "1024x768"

What solved the issue?

Select the correct realms? If not then you have multiple accounts and logged into an alt account or something. We dont delete or move characters. The last option would be your account was compromised and deleted the characters. To check if thays the case then log into the website control panel, goto the shop, then edit character then finally goto restore character and see if you have anything that shows up in that list.

Accounts and account security is the responsibility of the user. Since we are a free service we have no way to verify you are the correct owner of the account. Double check spam to see if the email was filtered out. I am going to edit your post to not show your account name and email. Posting it in public is exactly how you would have your account compromised.
