Maybe a resolution issue? Try editing the config for a different resolution. Go in to the WTF folder and open Config.wtf with a simple text editor like Notepad. Then find the line for resolution and change the value to what you like. You are looking for a lone that says something like; SET gxResolution "1024x720"

Go back through the beginners guide in my signature below. Go slow and ensure each step is complete.

When you choose a character to copy to TBC everything for that character goes. On the vanilla realm your character will still exist which is why it's a copy. But your gold and crafting mats will be removed from the vanilla version of your character. This is to prevent people / guilds transferring all gold and mats to a single character, copying it over, then moving it all to another and copying it again etc.

Like I said, if you find one it will work. We do offer any support you will have to google it up on your own. Even if I was able to google one, I wouldn't be able to read it to even know if its correct. You need a World of Warcraft version 1.12.1 client.

In character selection, click addons, then in the upper corner make the addon memory say 0. This was implemented into the original game over 10 years ago because computers back them had very limited memory. With today's computer's you don't have to really worry about that anymore and setting this too low can cause the game to crash or have stability issues. Setting it to 0 allows it to use whatever it needs.

In character selection screen, select "Addons" in the lower corner. Then check the box that says "Load out of date addons". Normally I recommend making the addon memory "0" as well while you are there.

Our servers support the chinese language client to play on our servers. But we don't provide any kind of support in chinese so if you need help it must be in english.

Do you have discord (and overlay), windows game mode or NVIDIA shadow play or anything like that running on your computer? WoW really dislikes any kind of overlay and you may have to start disabling them in WoW. To disable discord overlay; Get into Discord, click on User Settings ( lower left side, looks like a gear ). Look for Overlay on the Menu to your left, should be under App Settings. Click on it. Double click on "Enable in-game overlay.". It should turn off and the color should turn gray. Move your mouse to the upper right and click on ESC, looks like an (X). I am not as familiar with other overlays so you may have to look in settings to disable them.

Who in this thread did not get a response to their ban? I want to make sure we follow up on everyone. I believe everyone's ban appeals were processed about 24 hours (or more) ago and want to make sure nobody is left out.

Completely remove everything from your realmlist and type it in again. I bet you have an extra character or something in there somewhere.

You simply hold right click to point your character in the direction and hold "W". You can also Left Click + Right Click at the same time and hold it down to run and as you move your mouse around you can change direction.

Sounds like your download corrupted. I would redownload the entire client.

No official date. Were working through the last pile of major bugs that we have found. Next step is a stress test after and then to wipe the beta server, get character copy going and then launch.

We get to the ban appeals in the order recieved as quickly as we can. Were volunteers with jobs and family's to take care of and do this as a passion project so please be patient.

Are you sure if the user name is correct? Many users seem to have multiple accounts and accidently reset the wrong one.
